About
I’m Honduran, but I’ve lived in the U.S. longer than I lived in Honduras. I speak Spanish with an accent and English with an accent too, that’s just part of who I am. Growing up between two worlds wasn’t always easy, but it became one of my greatest strengths. It made me curious and adaptable, always looking for ways to connect the dots.

When I first arrived, my English wasn’t great, so I paid close attention to everything, the rhythms, pauses, and repetitions. I began to realize that even the smallest movements and silences carried meaning. Before long, I was spotting patterns everywhere. That way of seeing the world shaped me as a storyteller, someone who finds significance in the details others might miss.

That perspective took me to the SUNY Purchase Film Conservatory, where I spent years working on thesis films, often under tough critiques. It was intense, but I left with a deep understanding of storytelling and production. My favorite projects were the ones that didn’t rely on dialogue. One film used nothing but a balloon to express joy, sadness, and hope, how could I make a balloon communicate all of that without a face? Another project was built around sound. I layered every creak, footstep, and breath to create a soundscape that told its own story. Ten minutes of film, and every second had to pull its weight. That’s where I learned to make even the quiet moments speak.

One of the most unforgettable projects I worked on was a short film with a group of Beninese students who didn’t speak English. We found a way to communicate beyond language, reading between the lines and sharing a common purpose. Experiences like that deepened my love for creative problem-solving. If my childhood taught me to spot patterns, Purchase taught me how to wield them, breaking, building, and reshaping them into stories. What once felt like a limitation turned out to be one of my greatest strengths.
Since then, I’ve edited plays in and outside my native language, toured with music bands, and worked across big TV and indie productions. From the office to the set to post-production, I’ve seen how every piece of the puzzle fits. Each step has drawn me deeper into the world of film, a world with its own patterns and rhythms. And through it all, I’ve kept pushing myself to grow.

Now, I’m bringing that same drive into digital marketing, pursuing a Master’s degree to combine creativity with strategy. I’ve been learning SEO, business communication, and data-driven marketing, and I’m excited to help brands tell stories that truly connect. Marketing, for me, is just another way to find and amplify the pulse of a story so it reaches the right people. It’s a new direction, but it feels natural, still about noticing the details, embracing nuance, and finding meaning in every moment.

Whether I’m supporting a team or stepping up to lead, I bring clarity, structure, and a storyteller’s touch to every project. I believe there’s a story in everything, and everyone has something worth sharing. At the heart of it all, this is what drives me: finding the patterns that connect us, whether in film, marketing, or life. Because stories, like patterns, always find a way to bring people together.
