I put together a business strategy for Sagacity Tea that focused on pricing adjustments and regional market expansion. The goal? Boost revenue by 9% and save $31,041 annually on digital ad spend. I mapped out a plan that could generate $3.98M in profits over five years, using data-backed recommendations like optimizing online distribution and leveraging targeted ads.​

My group and I developed a $50,000 marketing campaign for PopCorners, targeting health-conscious millennials, Gen Z, and parents with themed ads tied to the Wicked movie release. By leveraging Google and Facebook Ads, I maximized engagement and optimized results through data-driven adjustments. 

For this project, I focused on reshaping the Chase Sapphire card lineup to make each tier unique. My recommendations included making Reserve an invite-only luxury card, improving the digital experience for millennials, and positioning Sapphire as a student/young professional card. It’s all about differentiation, competitive analysis, and creating strategies that stand out.
